The XCL-C30 features a robust design and temperature sensor, making it ideal for use in harsh environments.
Shading correction for reducing uneven image density
With embedded shading correction, the XCL-C30 minimizes the uneven image intensity often caused by lighting and/or the lens. Its internal hardware processing reduces the need for external image correction. This reduces the processing loadon the PC, and simplifies the processing task. In addition, the XCL-C30 is equipped with three lighting settings to capture clear images in varying conditions.
Temperature readout for operation in harsh conditions
The XCL-C30 comes with an internal temperature sensor. The host device can receive temperature information by issuing a command, thus eliminating the need for a separate sensor and simplifying system configuration
Sensitivity control for optimised image quality
The camera is equipped with a saturation signal control function to allow the saturation to be increased or decreased via software commands. For example, when capturing dark objects, the user can increase the amount of saturation signal charge, elevating the camera’s sensitivity to improve the picture quality instead of using a long exposure time.
